Problem : Unstable pressure during pressurization:

The pressure of the air source is unstable.

Insufficient boost stroke.

Pressurization reset state, the liquid level is lower than the lowest oil level line is insufficient. hydraulic oil.

Solutions:

Add the air storage tank, or the air compressor itself is broken, and the air compressor needs to be replaced:

Extend the boost stroke, and then order booster cylinder products.

The booster cylinder needs to be filled with hydraulic oil.

Problem :The action speed of the booster cylinder is slow:

The air source pressure is too low.

The cylinder is too far away from the air source or the interface is too small.

Solutions:

Increase the air pressure source.

Enlarge the air inlet pipeline, change the small interface pipeline to a large interface, or add an air storage tank beside the machine.

Problem : The fuel gauge on the booster cylinder does not work or shows insufficient pressure, and the booster piston is pressurized in advance.

The working air pressure is too low.

The oil pressure gauge on the booster cylinder is out of order or damaged.

The pressurization stroke has not been completed.
